Videorights is in full compliance with the new Italian legislation

Videorights is an Independent Management Entity (IME), as defined in Italian Decree Law n. 35 – 15 March 2017.
On 5th October Videorights approved the new statute and the new general regulation.
Videorights is now waiting for the requirements’ regulation which will be soon issued by the Italian Authority (AGCOM).
